Mind and Body Therapy

A soft approach

Sophrology combines with breathwork to help you navigate stressful periods in your daily life. Sophrology promotes well-being through relaxation exercises and meditation, while breathwork offers a set of breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system.

 

This body-based therapy is an excellent complement to medical or psychological care but cannot and does not replace it.

Physical exhaustion

Slow down and reconnect with your body’s sensations to restore your physical and mental energy.

Emotional fatigue

Process your emotions through both body and mind to express yourself with confidence.

Nervous imbalance

Gently return to your window of tolerance and learn to regulate your nervous system.

Take relaxing breaks throughout the day and calm your mind in the evening to recharge and fully enjoy your activities.

Identify your strengths and develop your potential to build stronger self-confidence.

In 2019, I discovered the positive effects of mindfulness on the symptoms of my autonomic dystonia.


Gradually, these practices became the driving force behind my recovery. A few years later, incorporating sophrology into my therapy also helped me overcome a period of distress.

Today, I am convinced of the benefits of this mind and body therapy for our well-being. So, I am committed to supporting other women on their journey toward wholeness.

Services

Each session follows a clear structure, while staying fully adapted to your pace and needs to guide you toward your goals.

Practices

This program is designed for women only. Between sessions, it is important to practice at your own pace. The exercises do not involve physical contact, hypnosis, or spiritual or energy-based practices.

Payment

Consultations are available online in AST (UTC-4), and payment is due 24 hours before the meeting. In-person consultations take place in Martinique. Payments are possible by credit card or bank transfer.

Session

The first 90-minute session allows us to define your goals and establish your plan for 3 to 8 sessions. During the subsequent 1-hour sessions, we will start with a brief interview, followed by guided exercises.
