My Background

My path toward mind and body therapy began in 2016 with my college studies. For 5 years, I explored a wide range of topics related to nature conservation. First, I discovered biology and ecology in my bachelor’s, and then I specialized in environmental studies and the circular economy in my master’s.

However, in 2017, the onset of my autonomic dystonia had a significant impact on my university studies. This condition radically changed my daily routine. 2 years later, I found the first therapeutic answer to my symptoms through the practice of mindfulness meditation. Slowly, those soft approaches became an integral part of my day, then developed into a lifestyle, and finally turned into one of my passions.

Then, I finished my academic studies and became a sustainability project manager for 2 years. However, I realized that my unconventional profile never fully aligned with corporate standards. This situation led me to choose a path more aligned with who I am: mind-body therapy.

 

2025 is the year of my career change, beginning with my training in sophrology at FPS L'Ecole des Professionnels du Bien-Être. To strengthen my therapist skillset, I trained further in breathing techniques with the Trauma Aware Breath Coach certification of The Whole Health Project. Today, I place the values of patience, non-effort, and letting go at the center of my sessions to help anxious women return to their wholeness.
